If ever you decide to unsubscribe from this list, this is how to do it. (Why you would want to leave a list this great is beyond me!)

Obtain the following items:
eye of newt,
5 ounces of camel spit,
2 pounds of charcoal,
3 frog toes,
2 cloves of garlic,
3 gallons of oil (any kind, but virgin olive is best)
6 grasshopper wings,
a black cauldron,
a big tea strainer and
a black cloth bag,

As soon as the moon is full, build a fire under the black cauldron and add all of the above ingredients except the black cloth bag. Bring to a rolling boil, stirring frequently while chanting, 'Unsubscribe' over and over again. Simmer for three days and nights. After the required simmering is completed, carefully strain the mixture and put the strained ingredients into the black cloth bag.

Then as soon as the new moon appears, throw the bag over your left shoulder while chanting 'Unsubscribe, unsubscribe'.
